2023 Light Dry White

The Light Dry White is made as blanc de noir from organic Pinot Noir grown on the terraces of the Ruamahanga River in Martinborough.

All abel clone, hand picked, lightly whole bunched pressed, wild ferment in old puncheon barrels, 7 months on lees. Racked to bottle unfined and unfiltered.

Loaded with orchard and stone fruits, smoky minerals and waxy notes, texture and a bright freshness defines the palate. Flavour intense but light footed built for thirst-slaking refreshment

12% alcohol- it is light, dry and full of love.

Vegan friendly. May through harmless deposit in bottle.
